Rules for submitting offers to purchase the debtor’s assets

The insolvency administrator of the debtor’s estate of STAVARO-SPOL s.r.o., ID No. 05431638, registered office at Jandova 10/3, Vysočany, 190 00 Praha 9, offers for sale the debtor’s assets recorded in the Inventory of the Insolvency Estate dated 31 March 2026.
The sale of assets will be carried out with the approval of the Municipal Court in Prague, in accordance with the conditions set out in resolution ref. MSPH 55 INS 22440/2025-B-20 dated 11 May 2026.

Terms of sale
- The purchase agreement will be concluded with the bidder who submits the most advantageous offer to the administrator by 25 June 2026 at the latest.
- Payment of the full purchase price shall be made by bank transfer prior to signing the purchase agreement to the insolvency estate account no. 207569990/2700 held at UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s., upon the administrator’s request.

The administrator’s intention to sell the assets will be published on the administrator’s website www.ak-luzova.cz, www.asis.cz and on the portal www.portaldrazeb.cz.
Rules for submitting offers
Offers must be submitted by 25 June 2026 at the latest, or delivered in person by 25 June 2026 by 14:00, in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
“Do not open — Offer for purchase of the debtor’s trailer STAVARO-SPOL s.r.o.”
to: JUDr. Jiřina Lužová, insolvency administrator of STAVARO-SPOL s.r.o., Dušní 22, 110 00 Praha 1.
The offer must include:
- the offered purchase price — a specific and precisely stated amount; offers for the complete set as well as for individual items are accepted,
- precise identification of the bidder — name / company name, address, ID No.,
- signature of the authorised person — legal entities must attach a current extract from the Commercial Register,
- declaration that the bidder is purchasing the assets in their current condition.
Handling of offers
The insolvency administrator will evaluate the offers within 20 days at the latest. The bidder with the most advantageous offer will be invited to pay the purchase price. If payment is not made within the stipulated period, the second-ranked bidder may be invited.
Notice
Submission of an offer does not obligate the insolvency administrator to conclude a purchase agreement. The administrator reserves the right to reject offers without giving reasons and to change the terms of the selection procedure. Bidders may not claim compensation for damages against the administrator in the event that all offers are rejected.
Inspection of assets
Interested parties may inspect the assets by prior telephone arrangement with Mr Lysák at tel. 608 330 237. The assets are stored at Pod Remízkem 503/9, Benátky nad Jizerou I, 294 71 Benátky nad Jizerou.
