Consumer information: The Czech Bar Association was mandated on 05.02.2016 by the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade to provide out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes between attorneys and consumers arising from contracts for the provision of legal services (pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection, as amended).
